xTakeMe.com Complaint Policy

This document sets out our complaint policy. As a User of xTakeMe, this Policy forms part of your agreement with us.  In this Complaints Policy, defined terms have the same meanings given to them in the Terms of Use for all Users. You may use this policy to us to any complaint which you have whether or not you are a User.

  1. All Users (including Creators) agree to comply with our terms and policies and applicable laws.  However, there may be an occasion in which a party believes there are complaints that should be addressed.  Such complaints would include, but not necessarily be limited to situations in which: 
    • Content is believed to violate applicable law
    • Content or a User is believed to have violated our terms of service – including the content guidelines
    • You have been (or have witnessed someone else being) harassed or bullied.

Note that complaints related to copyright infringement should be submitted in accordance with our DMCA Policy, as we will respond to copyright infringement complaints as set out in such policy.

2.    Any complaint may be submitted using the form at the following link  or by emailing your complaint to [email protected]. If emailing, please include your name, address, contact information, and a description of the issue.

3. xTakeMe confirms receipt of the complaint and endeavors to investigate complaints within 7 business days.  

4. If we require further information from you, we will contact you via email.  We will notify you via email once the complaint has been addressed and, to the extent we deem appropriate, inform you of the actions taken in relation to your complaint.  Should we determine that any content is unlawful, the content shall be removed and the Creator notified.

5. Submitting complaints in bad faith or to harass a User, Creator, or any other person is a violation of the terms of use.  If we determine that you have made a complaint in bad faith, we may suspend or terminate your account.

6. If you are depicted in any content that you did not consent to or for which you revoke your consent, you may request removal of the content by using our Complaint Form link or emailing our support team at [email protected] with a link to the content in which you appear together with a statement that you did not consent (or are now withdrawing your previously given consent) to have the content shared through the Site. Thereafter, the content in which you appear will be removed as expeditiously as possible.
